Automatic bandage winder

ANR-13

The machine has got 1 winding head. It is designed for working in a network with other winding machines and depositing adhesive coating machine.

The machine is equipped with:

microprocessor control system
drive motor electronic control equipped with frequency changer (inverter)
pneumatic operating systems

It ensures full automatic process and well programmed particular automatic operations. The machine operation consists in transferring bandage to winding spindles and delivering ready for packing small bandage rolls.

Following operations are covered by automatic control:

fixing sleeve end at the beginning of the winding operation
stopping the winding operation when a programmed sleeve length is reached
cutting off sleeve
taking off hank from spindle
placing hank in storage container at the end of conveyor

Technical solutions applied in the machine provide in consequence for:

big operational capacity
tape of the same length on each outlet

Use of the device

Automatic winder ANR-13 is designed for winding knitted bandage with the adhesive coating. Bandage is served from the machine which provides rolls with an adhesive coating. ANR-13 winds bandage into smaller rolls intended for packing and sale.
