The fabric during the whole process passes through the following units installed on the device:
soaking unit, where the fabric is soaked.
wringer unit, where the excess liquid is pressed out between the two rubber-coated rolls.
initial drying chamber.
drying drums, where the fabric is dried.
receiving unit – rubber-coated rolls powered by motoreducer.
Drive of the drying drums as well as receiving rolls is equipped with an engine speed regulation system.
Use of the device
The device is used for finishing of technical fabrics and haberdashery, which need to be soaked with an appropriate liquid and then dried.
