Automatic machine for making pull bows

The machine has a form of a table, under which all the driving gears are located.
Temperature and welding speed control enables making welds of a good quality.
Dimensions of bows ~500mm or 650mm.
Electronic counter with programmable number of bows can stop the machine, after producing specified number of bows.
On the left side of the machine, there is a creel holding three bobbins of tape. Each bobbin has it’s own assigned friction break and a system of guides which enables regulating of the tape tension for its proper run. Each tape is controlled by the sensor which indicates lack of any tape and stops the machine after finishing the whole process. The machine is equipped with an overload clutch located in the lower drive roller, which prevents damage to the drive when accidental winding of the strips on the pulling rollers.
Use of the device
The machine is designed for making pull bows used in gift packaging and decoration. The bows are made of 4 polypropylene tapes (two outer and two inner). The tapes are welded together in a way that when you pull the two inner strips of tape, the other two would form a bow. The inner strips are long enough to tie around the package.
