Automatic machine for making star bows
AGWm-01
The bow-making process can be divided into the following stages:
- initial loading of the tape
- making of the initial loop
- making of the points
- cutting off the tape
- stapling the star bow to a paper tape
- ejection of the finished product
The photo optical sensor controls the termination of the bow-making process. If for any reason the bow fails to drop out the machine is automatically stopped in order to fix the problem.
The wiring of the machine is hidden in a hermetic metal casing.
The following control elements are placed on the control panel:
- START and STOP buttons
- bow-making speed switch
- tape loading speed potentiometer
- programmable star bow points electronic counter
- switch of the angle between the points
- power, lack of tape and sensor damage indicating lights
Use of the device
The machine is used for making self-sticking star bows out of polypropylene tape. The bows are produced for sticking on gifts and for other decorative purposes. They may have a different number of points, which can be changed easily by setting the electronic counter. The finished product is connected to a strip of adhesive tape. The bow-making can be performed at five different speeds, selectable by a dedicated switch.
