The machine is equipped with:
- microprocessor control system
- electronic drive control system with an inverter
- pneumatic operating systems
The following tasks are fully automatic:
- initial trapping of the bandage end
- packing tube
- stopping of the process when a programmed bandage length is wound
- cutting of the bandage
- slipping the bandage roll off the spindle
- transfer of the bandage roll into a container
Operating the machine means only putting bandage into winding spindles, supplement tubes in container and collecting the containers loaded with produced bandage rolls.
Control systems guarantee:
- stopping of the machine in case of lack of the bandage in the outlet
- stopping of the machine when a programmed number of rolls is wound
- stopping of the machine when the door is open
- stopping of the machine in case end of tubes
- stopping of the machine in case of not remove the bandage roll from under the spindle
- stopping of the machine in case of a pressure drop below the value required by the pneumatic system
The design of the machine guarantees:
- high productivity
- high quality of the bandage rolls
- winding of the bandage 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200 mm wide
Use of the device
The machine is used for rewinding plaster bandage from big bobbins into smaller bandage rolls used in trade practices. All the manual work except for replacing the bobbins and next tube is done automatically. The machine is designed to cooperate with packaging machine which packs the produces rolls.
