Automatic sleeve winder

The automatic bandage winder has 1 outlet and is equipped with:

microprocessor control system
electronic drive control system with an inverter
pneumatic operating systems

Thus a fully automatic process is assured as well as single automatic operations are programmed in the most adequate way.

The following tasks are fully automatic:

initial trapping of the bandage end
stopping of the process when a programmed bandage length is wound
cutting of the bandage
slipping the bandage roll off the spindle
transfer of the bandage roll into a container

Control system guarantee:

stopping of the machine in case of lack of the bandage in the outlet
stopping off the machine when a programmed number of rolls is wound
stopping of the machine in case of a pressure drop below the value required by the pneumatic system

Use of the device

The machine is used for rewinding sleeve bandage from big bobbins into smaller non-spool bandage rolls used in trade practices.
