The automatic tape cutter is thought to power cut off synthetic and haberdasher's tapes into pieces with a programmed length.

The cutting process is effected perpendicularly to the material axis.

The machine operation is fully automatic. Material feeding the machine is taken from a beam hung in a holder. Afterwards it goes over the feeding unit rollers, guiding system up to the drive rollers. Then material is measured and cutting is activated. A cut off piece drops into a container.

The electronic drive and control system provides the following functions:

bringing material automatically into the cutting zone
measuring material precisely
counting a cut off piece number
stopping the machin in case of material deficiency.
Electronic piece counter stops the machine automatically once it reaches a preset number of pieces.
