Automatic tape cutter with magazine
ACT-11
The machine is fully automatic. The tape is collected from the bobbin which is hanged in the holder. Next, it proceeds through the system of guides which lead it to the pulling rollers. Here the fabric is measured, and afterwards cutting is turned on. Strips of tape are pushed down into the container.
The electronic drive and control system guarantees:
- automatic feeding of raw material
- precise measurement of the fabric
- counting the number of cut strips
- the stop of the machine in case of lack of the fabric
Electronic counter automatically stops the machine when the needed number of strips is reached.
Use of the device
The machine is designed to cut tapes mechanically at the angle of 45° into strips with a programmed length.
