Automatic tape-cutting machine (mechanical and thermal cutting)

The machine is fully automatic. The tape is collected from the bobbin which is hanged in the holder. Next, it proceeds through the system of guides which lead it to the pulling rollers. Here the fabric is measured, and afterwards cutting is turned on. Strips of tape are collected by the receiving device and fall into the container below.
The electronic drive and control system guarantees:
- precise measurement of the fabric
- counting the number of cut strips
- thermal knife temperature control
- cutting time control
- tape pulling speed control
- the stop of the machine in case of lack of the fabric
Electronic counter automatically stops the machine when the needed number of strips is reached.
Use of the device
The machine is designed for cutting tapes and cords into strips of a programmed length with the use of mechanical or thermal knife. The tape may be cut perpendicular to the axis of the fabric or at the given angle of about ±45°.
