Automatic bandage winder has 2 outlets. On each point it is possible to rewind a bandage of the same thickness into smaller rolls of the same length. Each spindle allows to wind on one roll with maximum width of 300 mm. There is a possibility of selective disconnecting of individual outlets.

The machine is equipped with:

  • microprocessor control system
  • drive motor electronic control equipped with frequency changer (inverter)
  • pneumatic operating systems

It ensures full automatic process and well programmed particular automatic operations. The machine operation consists in transferring bandage to winding spindles and delivering ready for packing small bandage rolls.

Following operations are covered by automatic control:

  • fixing sleeve end at the beginning of the winding operation
  • stopping the winding operation when a programmed sleeve length is reached
  • cutting off sleeve
  • taking off hank from spindle
  • placing hank in storage container at the end of conveyor

Technical solutions applied in the machine provide in consequence for:

  • big operational capacity
  • tape of the same length on each outlet
