The machine is capable of functioning independently. Belt puller (OR-03) is designed to transport rubber profiles from the production line. It consists of a pair of independent tracks. The speed level on each track can be adjusted individually on the touch screen programmable controller. The machine is equipped with 3 proximity detectors which helps to keep the material loose without unnecessary tension.

The height of the tracks can be set by adjusting the bolt which supports the whole pulling mechanism. The regulation of upper rollers with pulling belts enables to set the desired material thickness.

The machine is equipped with touch screen programmable controller which enables the operator to change:

• the settings of 3 laser proximity detectors
• pulling speed
