The machine is equipped with eight bobbin fixtures driven by the gear-motor with toothed belts through the individually adjustable friction clutches. The thread guide as a common system for all the points is driven by the stepping motor through the hypoid gear.

The machine is equipped with the string stretching and selecting rollers that make the machine start and stop, thus matching its operational capacity with that of the injection moulding press.

Use of the device

The machine is designed to receive coral-bead strings for shutters from the injection moulding press. The string are wound up on cylindrical disk bobbins. The winding machine is equipped with skids that guide plastic waste to a grinding machine.
