Machine is designed as two-sided make. 12 winding units are situated on each machine side. One winding unit serves to take up one monofilament. Each winding unit is provided with two spindles where winding is performed on one of them while on the other one at the same time a fully wound up beam is taken off and an empty spool is put on.
The spindle drive motors are energized through inverters, so their torque and in consequence the tension
of monofilament being wound up is easy to adjust.
Guiding mechanism (one unit per one winding unit) guides monofilament over a spool.
Velocity of guides is adjusted with a central potentiometer situated under the winding adjustment system.
Single monofilaments are guided between the separating comb pins onto the backfall roller and the lamella-type detector of missing monofilament.
