NSM-04
String is unwound tangentially from the feeding beam and goes over the rollers immersed in a container with the preparation solution. Afterwards excess preparation is removed by squeezing rollers and the cord is pulled on by take-up rollers.
The cord is then wound 4 times over the heating strips where it undergoes drying.
Now in turn, by means of the pulling rollers and guiding unit the cord is wound up on the take-up beam located on a special disk spool.
Each of the heating strips is equipped with a thermostat keeping its temperature constant.
Use of the device
The machine is designed to spread preparation (water solution) over a string and to dry it up while winding it.Maszyna przeznaczona jest do nanoszenia preparacji (roztwór wodny) na sznurek i jego wysuszenie w trakcie przewijania.
