PWP-04
The cylindrical take-up beams are featured with a precise winding net structure.
Winding net structure may be selected for various string counts (gauge) by changing the toothed wheels.
In case of rupture or string shortage, the rupture detector signal makes the drive to be disconnected an the winding process to be stopped.
The winding process on one of the winding points will be also stopped by a signal from the counter, once the
take-up beam has reached the required string meter quantity.
The machine drive with electric inverter-controlled motor enables starting the machine softly as well the infinitely variable feeding-speed adjustment.
Use of the device
The precise thread-guide winder PWP-04 is designed to rewind various-type strings onto cylindrical beams with precise winding net structure. The machine can be delivered in various designs depending on feeding beam type and winding point quantity.
