Sliver cutting and spooling machine
KNT-11
Sliver rollers form the feeding beam. Slivers of smaller width, spooled on dispatch beams, are the final products.
A sliver from the take-off roller is guided to the cutting knives assembly where it is cut longitudinally into three tapes of a required width.
Knives with blades to be broken off once blunt are used to cut the sliver. Hence, the necessity of their sharpening is fully eliminated.
The tapes divided with the guides are guided by the roller assemblies up to the wind-up systems.
The inverter powered drive motor enables infinitely variable adjustment of the wind-up speed.
Use of the device
The machine is designed for longitudinal cutting multicolour polypropylene slivers.
