Yarn winding machines
Thread winder
NN-14

The described machine is designed as a 6-spindle unit. Feeding bobbins are located on the machine shelf in the convenient operation zone. The thread is led from feeding bobbins over the gravity disk tighteners, which provide optimal thread tension and through electrical sensors responding immediately to the thread breakage or lack of any threads.

The thread is wound on plastic or paper bobbins through the thread guides system. The thread guide mechanism ensures obtaining the precise winding net indispensable for such winding beam type.

By changing the toothed wheels, the best winding net structure for a wide range of thread count (gauge) can be obtained.

The existing wound thread length is shown on the digital display situated on the control desk. After the programmed wound thread length is obtained the length meter is automatically reset and a successive winding cycle can be started.

Use of the device
The machine is designed to wind threads from big industrial bobbins onto smaller ones available in wholesale and retail trade.
